Returns will be accepted if item was received damage or by mistake of our own. All returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

A copy of the receipt/invoice and the reason for the return must be included, and must match that which was previously reported to us about the product/order.
There will be a minimum restocking fee of 20% for the return of any open package (unless item was received damaged), or if original packaging is not included. It is the responsibility of the customer that all returned merchandise be received by Sell Toy Co. in the same condition in which it was shipped. Items damaged in shipment to the customer MUST have original shipping carton, contents, and packing material so that a USPS claim can be filed. Without all of the above, no claim can be filed and Sell Toy Co. will not be held liable for the loss. Sell Toy Co. will refund the cost of original purchased item/s plus original shipping but NOT Buyer’s shipping/back returns cost fees. No credits will be applied, or refund ON PayPal/checks issued, until the item has been received by Sell Toy Co. Sell Toy Co. does not accept returns on discounted or discontinued (i.e clearance) item/s stated on website store.
